01 — FEMM & Your Health
FEMM & Your Health is the first of three sessions designed to teach you how to understand and chart your reproductive health. This session introduces the mechanism of ovulation, the major hormones driving the ovulation cycle, and how to recognize and chart the observable biomarkers of the cycle. Price: $75

02 — FEMM Expert
FEMM Expert is the second of the three sessions. This session takes a more in-depth look at the major reproductive hormones responsible for the events of the ovulation cycle, the biomarkers and charting guidelines introduced in Session 1, and the importance and implications of having a healthy ovulation cycle. LH testing is also introduced. Chart review is included. Price: $75

03 — FEMM Family Planning
FEMM Family Planning is the third of the three sessions. This session takes the knowledge learned in the previous sessions and applies it to family planning, covering the FEMM method instructions for both achieving and avoiding pregnancy. Chart review is included. Price: $75

FEMM Package
The FEMM Package includes all 3 FEMM sessions (FEMM & Your Health, FEMM Expert, and FEMM Family Planning) at a discount. The second and third sessions also include a review of your chart up to that point. The FEMM Package also includes free followup sessions for a full year following the date of the first session. Price: $200

FEMM Followup
Followup sessions are offered for clients who have already completed the three FEMM sessions and want additional chart reviews and/or assistance with charting (i.e. irregular ovulatory patterns, coming off hormonal contraception, postpartum charting, peri-menopause, etc.). Price: $25

About FEMM Instruction
FEMM is a fertility awareness method that provides guidelines for avoiding/achieving pregnancy as well as for tracking health. Since a woman is only fertile for part of her cycle, FEMM teaches women to chart her fertile and infertile signs and to apply this knowledge to avoid or achieve pregnancy. The FEMM method is a sympto-hormonal method of fertility awareness, meaning that women learn to chart their cervical mucus with supplemental LH testing.
FEMM: Fertility Education and Medical Management
I am a certified FEMM teacher and offer courses to teach women and couples how to chart with the FEMM method, how to recognize their signs of health and fertility, and how to apply the FEMM method guidelines for avoiding or achieving pregnancy. I also provide assistance in interpreting your charts. If, over the course of charting, we determine that you may benefit from medical management, I can help you in your search for a healthcare provider who is familiar with FEMM’s restorative reproductive medical protocols.
